MicroQuest is a learning app for children. Protecting your privacy – and especially that of children – matters greatly to us. This app was built so that it collects no personal data.
What data we collect
None. MicroQuest does not collect, store or transmit any personal data whatsoever. There are no user accounts, no sign-in and no registration.
Storage on the device
Your game progress (caught microbes, lab, achievements) is stored solely on your device and never leaves it. Deleting the app removes this data.
No ads, no tracking

- No analytics or tracking services.
- No third-party services that collect data.
- No sharing of data with third parties.
Purchases
MicroQuest offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock all content. Payment is handled entirely through Apple's App Store. We receive no payment or contact details from you – these stay with Apple. Apple's Privacy Policy applies.
Internet
The app works fully offline and needs no internet connection to be played.
Children
MicroQuest is aimed at children. Since we collect no data, no children's data is processed. We follow applicable child-protection rules (e.g. GDPR/COPPA principles): no data collection, no ads, no tracking.
This website
This website (microquestapp.com) uses Plausible Analytics to measure visitor numbers anonymously. Plausible uses no cookies, stores no personal data and builds no cross-device profiles; it is hosted in a privacy-friendly way in the EU. Only aggregated statistics such as page views, approximate origin (country) and device type are recorded. This applies to the website only – the app itself still collects no data at all.
