Is MicroQuest free?
Level 1 is completely free to play. A one-time purchase unlocks all worlds and all 30 microbes forever – no subscription and no recurring costs.
How do I unlock the full version?
Tap a locked world in the game and follow the purchase prompt. Before the purchase, a parental gate appears (a small math question) so nothing is bought by accident.
I reinstalled the app – how do I get my purchase back?
Open the purchase screen and tap "Restore purchases". The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and is restored for free.
Does the app need internet?
No. MicroQuest works fully offline. A connection to the App Store is only needed for the initial purchase or restore.
Is my child's data collected?
No. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking. Game progress stays solely on the device. More in our Privacy Policy.
What age is MicroQuest for?
For curious children roughly 5 to 8 years old. Since everything is read aloud, children who can't read yet can play along too.
Which devices does the app run on?
MicroQuest runs on iPhone and iPad. You can share the purchase within your Apple Family Sharing.
